Requirements for employment include: high school diploma or GED equivalent, 2 years post-secondary preferred, legal authorization to work in the Unites States, and 18 years of age. Qualified candidates must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Duties and responsibilities will vary based on position. Employees will be responsible for utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques to identify and implement process improvement opportunities, including reduction of setup times and improvement in quality throughput.

WELDERS:

Applicants must complete AIDT pre-employment process to be considered for employment at Polaris Industries. The training program is for manufacturing roles. Successful training candidates may be offered employment that could lead to the manufacturing of recreational vehicles. 1-4 years prior weld experience preferred, onsite pre-employment training offered.
